About Joe

Joe Archer joined First Business Bank as a Field Examiner. He has four  years of Asset-Based Lending experience helping the team conduct field examinations of existing and prospective clients.

Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting from Carroll University where he was also a member of the men's basketball team for four years. During his time at Carroll, Joe volunteered with the Sharp Literacy Program to help kids in the Milwaukee area learn how to read. He also spent time volunteering at St. Vincent De Paul Society where he helped feed those in need.

In his free time, Joe enjoys cheering on Wisconsin sports teams and playing numerous sports with his friends and family.
