Marcus Riccio joined First Business Bank in 2022 as Assistant Vice President - Commercial Banking. He has over eight years of experience in finance and banking, along with over ten years of experience in sales and marketing. His main areas of focus in Commercial Banking are manufacturing, construction, and service companies. Previously, Marcus served as Assistant Vice President Relationship Manager at Associated Bank.

Marcus is also a member of the Emerging Leadership Board with the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center, Madison Area Development Corporation’s Venture Debt Committee, and other local charitable efforts.

Marcus received both his bachelor’s degree in Geography and Economics and Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
