Lalana Dulan, Trust Operations Officer, brings over two decades of expertise in financial services to our Private Wealth team. Prior to joining First Business Bank, Lalana excelled in managing complex account acquisitions, leading client transitions, and developing strategic solutions for onboarding clients. Her proven track record includes successfully guiding clients through implementation decisions while maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. 

Lalana holds a degree in Business Management from Upper Iowa University. Lalana’s academic foundation, combined with comprehensive industry experience, enables her to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and client service in trust operations.
