MADISON, WI — SEPTEMBER 1, 2020 – First Business Growth Funding, the Accounts Receivable Financing arm of First Business Financial Services, Inc., announces that Lana Fidelscaia has been hired as Business Development Officer. She will be headquartered in the Dallas, Texas area.
Lana has over 10 years of experience in the commercial finance industry with a focus in Factoring, Asset-Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, and with SBA lending. Previously, Lana held positions that expanded her expertise in underwriting, real estate evaluation, and cash flow analysis.
Lana received her bachelor’s degree in finance and credit from State University of Moldova, Chisinau, Moldova. She earned a real estate license from Brookhaven College in 2004.
