MADISON, WI – September 19, 2024 – First Business Bank is pleased to announce the winning nonprofits and golfers who played for them in the annual South Central Wisconsin Charity Golf Invitational by First Business Bank, held Wednesday, September 18. The event has raised more than $850,000 for nonprofits in the Madison and Milwaukee areas over the past 14 years.

Local business leaders compete in two-person teams in the South Central Wisconsin Charity Golf Invitational By First Business Bank on behalf of a local charity of their choice. First Business Bank covers 100% of the event costs. Winning golfers and charities from the event hosted at Nakoma Golf Club include:

  • First Place - $30,000 won on behalf of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation by Greg Jones and Ken Kurszewski
  • Second Place - $10,000 won on behalf of American Family Children’s Hospital by Paul Witke & Jason Howard
  • Third Place - $5,000 won on behalf of Garding Against Cancer by Tim Cleary & Todd Passini
  • Fourth Place - $4,000 won on behalf of Agrace by Tommy Farrell & Dillon Holewinski
  • Fifth Place Tie - $1,000 won on behalf of Salvation Army of Dane County by Tod Sloan & Paul Christensen
  • Fifth Place Tie - $1,000 won on behalf of WMC Foundation by Wade Goodsell & Colman Peiffer
  • Fifth Place Tie - $1,000 won on behalf of Wayforward Resources by Jacob Klein & Chris Eckstrom
