William ("Bill") Conway serves as Assistant Vice President II - Relationship Manager - Company Retirement Plans at First Business Bank. With more than 15 years in the financial services sector, Bill dedicated the last several years to specializing in company retirement plans, ensuring businesses have the best strategies in place to protect their employees' financial futures. Bill graduated from Bryant & Stratton College and actively volunteers as a youth baseball coach for the Brookfield Central Jr. Lancers. He is actively involved in the community with his local Knights of Columbus chapter in Brookfield, WI.
