About Brad

Brad joined First Business Financial Services, Inc. in 2019 and has over 35 years of experience in banking at publicly traded and privately owned institutions. Throughout his career, he has led successful teams in operational and business development capacities, building particularly deep experience in solving the financial needs of middle-market companies.

Brad’s banking background also includes management of process improvement projects for a variety of banking functional areas. In 2024, Brad was promoted to Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Beyond his professional achievements, he has demonstrated a commitment to the Milwaukee-area community through his active participation in a variety of charitable organizations in the areas of youth, arts, homeless care, nutrition, and faith.
