About Chuck

Charles (Chuck) Peterson joined First Business Bank in 2021 as Vice President II - Treasury Management with more than 23 years of banking experience — all of them in Treasury Management. He specialized in assisting companies to become more efficient and effective by streamlining their payments and collections processes wherever possible.

Chuck received his Cash Management training at the University of North Carolina and received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago. Chuck was an active member of the Kansas City Association of Financial Professionals (KCAFP), AFP, and Board Member of HopeKids Kansas City. Chuck's two children, Max and Mauri, were his pride and joy.

Our friend and colleague, Chuck Peterson, passed away unexpectedly in April 2023. We are honored to have worked with Chuck. He contributed greatly to our company, his clients, and our community. He will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
