Kaitlin Guthrie, CTP

Kaitlin Guthrie, CTP, is a Vice President of Treasury Management in our Kansas City market with nearly 15 years of experience in treasury management and commercial banking. She helps business owners and finance teams align payments, receivables, liquidity, and fraud mitigation solutions with their daily operations and growth goals. Kaitlin has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including life sciences, and partners closely with commercial and private banking colleagues to deliver a consultative, high-touch experience. Her early career in branch leadership and regional operations gives her a practical view of how treasury solutions affect efficiency and client relationships.

Kaitlin holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation and earned a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management, with minors in leadership studies and business administration, from Kansas State University. She is active in the Kansas City community, having served as treasurer of the executive board and co-chair of the It's in the Bag fundraiser for Love Fund for Children, and as co-chair of the Futures Young Advisory Board for the Catholic Education Foundation. She has also taught financial literacy to young students through Teach Children to Save Day and Junior Achievement.
