About Nate

Nate is an entrepreneur and investor living in Madison, Wisconsin, with his wife Sarah and their four children. Nate began his career as a lead consultant for Cap Gemini/Ernst and Young where he worked on innovative projects throughout North America and Europe.

In 1999, Nate founded Paradigm, growing it to be one of the most innovative software companies in the building products industry. Based on his vision, Paradigm continues to offer cutting edge solutions for manufacturers, retailers, dealers, builders, and remodelers. In Q2 2021, Nate sold Paradigm to Builders FirstSource (BFS) as part of BFS’ strategy to invest in their digital solutions footprint.

Since the acquisition, Nate's passion for innovation and learning has driven him to build an investment portfolio comprised of real estate, direct private equity, and public equities.

Nate has been selected for many prestigious awards, including Madison’s 40 under 40, and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization.
