Raena Wellman is a seasoned finance professional specializing in Small Business Administration (SBA) loan portfolio management. Her financial services career started in 2007 in wealth management for five years and mortgage lending for seven years. She transitioned to SBA Lending in 2019. Raena joined First Business Bank in 2022 as an SBA Construction Specialist, assisting in the origination, processing, and closing of SBA loans, alongside the management and support of a portfolio of SBA loans in regular servicing status.

Before her current role, Raena spent over three years at Stearns Bank N.A., where she progressively took on leadership roles in the SBA lending division. Previously, she worked as an SBA Lending Assistant, supporting multiple SBA lenders with loan origination, processing, and closing, and in the mortgage and real estate loan sectors.

Raena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from St. Cloud State University. She likes to spend her free time with family, and with friends who feel like family, enjoying hockey, baseball, football, camping, and outdoor music concerts.
