Based in San Diego County, California, Steve Ogus has more than 30 years of experience with asset-based lending and helping middle-market companies secure flexible financing solutions to manage growth, acquisitions, refinancing, and turnaround situations. Steve works with companies across diverse industries in the western United States, from traditional manufacturing and distribution to technology and venture-backed enterprises, providing customized lending solutions that address complex financial needs and support strategic objectives. 

Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College, City University of New York. He demonstrates his commitment to community service through his board membership with Solutions for Change, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness one family at a time.
