As we emerge from the pandemic, we are continuing to put people first, which means maintaining a dynamic hiring and recruiting process and making changes to reflect the current environment. More and more employees are returning to the office, which, in turn, means we are excited to re-introduce onsite interviews again. An intentional hiring process allows candidates and hiring teams to evaluate each other thoughtfully and thoroughly, which leads to confident and successful decisions. Our hiring process includes:
- Completing our online application.
- Participating in a phone interview with a member of the talent acquisition team.
- Completing two brief hiring assessments (sent via email; results are shared with candidates).
- Participating in first-round interviews with talent acquisition and hiring teams.
Participating in second-round interviews with hiring teams and senior-level leaders.
- Offer extension.
- Background screening and hiring contingency removal.
