Hiring Process

Impactful employees are engaged, high-achieving professionals, which benefits us, our clients, and you.  An intentional hiring process allows candidates and hiring teams to evaluate each other thoughtfully and thoroughly, which leads to confident and successful decisions.

Our hiring process includes:
1. Completing our online application
2. Participating in a phone interview with a member of the talent acquisition team
3. Completing two brief hiring assessments (sent via email; results are shared)
4. Participating in first-round interviews with talent acquisition and hiring teams.

5. Participating in second-round interviews with hiring teams and senior-level leaders
6. Offer extension
7. Background screening and hiring contingency removal
8. Onboarding
     a. We are currently onboarding and training new employees virtually
