MADISON, WI – April 14, 2021 – First Business Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jodie Johnson, MBA, to Senior Director of Marketing & Communications.

We’re very fortunate that Jodie continues to lead our marketing and communications team at First Business Bank.”
Jodie Johnson leads the First Business Bank marketing team, which serves as an internal marketing agency for 16 lines of business operating under the First Business Bank brand. Her responsibilities include developing the First Business Bank brand strategy, coordinating marketing communication strategies for each line of business, directing marketing campaigns; overseeing communication channel strategies, leading marketing department staff, and collaborating with company leadership.
Jodie brings over 25 years of experience in marketing and management to her role. She is a current board member of the Oregon Community Swim Club (OCSC); a marketing committee co-chair of the 2021 Madison West Capital Campaign; past board president of EAGLE School’s parent organization; a past board member of Center for Families, The Exchange Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse, Oak Meadow Homeowners Association, and the Madison Chapter of American Marketing Association; and a past member of TEMPO Madison. She volunteers her time with several nonprofits including EAGLE School of Madison, Oregon Community Swim Club, and Seminole Swim Team.
Jodie was first recognized in In Business Magazine’s “Executive Register” list in 2010, was recognized in In Business Magazine’s “40 Under 40” list in 2009, and was featured in Brava Magazine as a “Top Marketers to Watch” in 2007. She has an MBA from Edgewood College, and a Bachelor of Science in both Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
