This recognition highlights leaders in Greater Madison who have made significant contributions to the area's growth and success across business, government, and nonprofit sectors.

With a career spanning four decades in commercial banking, Mark joined First Business Bank in 2000. Throughout his tenure, he has held key leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer, President, and Executive Vice President. Before his time at First Business Bank, Mark gained valuable experience in several positions at a large national bank.

A graduate of Loras College with a bachelor's degree in business administration (Finance) and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Mark remains active in the community. He is the past chair of the Wisconsin Bankers Association and currently serves on the boards of the Catholic Diocese of Madison Foundation and Television Wisconsin, Inc. His previous board memberships include the Morgridge Center for Public Service at the University of Wisconsin, Oakwood Lutheran Homes Association, Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and Loras College.
