About Andy

Andy Nunemaker is CEO of Groupware Technologies, a healthcare software company serving the care management market. Andy was formerly Senior Vice President of Benefits Solutions at Applied Systems. He was a co-founder and CEO of Dynamis Software Corporation, a provider of sales software in the benefits insurance industry serving hundreds of independent insurance agencies from 2012 to 2018. (Applied acquired Dynamis in 2018.) Prior to co-founding Dynamis, Andy served as President of Intermedix EMSystems and CEO of EMSystems (Intermedix acquired EMSystems in 2010.)

Andy serves as Chairman of the Board at Sprecher Brewing company. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Northwestern Mutual, EmOpti, a SaaS company serving the emergency medical market and ConsortiEX, a SaaS company serving the pharmaceutical industry. Andy serves on the Board of Directors for Valparaiso University, the Milwaukee Art Museum, Sculpture Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra where he served as its chair from 2014-2020. He is past-president of the Young President’s Organization of Wisconsin, the Entrepreneur’s Organization of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Forum, the Historic Water Tower Neighborhood Association and the Harvard Business School Club of Wisconsin. He is a past board member of Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Film Festival, the Haggerty Museum of Art, the Wisconsin Center District, the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts and the University Club of Milwaukee.
