About Chris

Chris Doering has nearly 20 years of commercial banking experience serving primarily family businesses and closely held companies of all sizes with an emphasis on construction, manufacturing/distribution, and service organizations. Chris also has experience financing mergers and acquisitions and ESOP transactions.

In 2013, he was awarded the In Business 40 under 40 designation. Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Community Organizations Promoting the Arts and is active with the American Heart Association, most recently as Co-Chair for the Heart Walk 2020 & 2021 in Madison. Chris has also been active with the Wisconsin Council of the Blind & Visually Impaired, UW Family Business Center, Madison Development Corporation, and Henry Vilas Zoological Society.

Chris received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
