About Courtney

Courtney is a construction industry executive and entrepreneur having founded, grown and successfully sold several companies. Currently she is a Founder + Owner of Monarch Build, a commercial construction company in the Greater Kansas City area. Courtney has been recognized as a “Woman Who Means Business” and a "NextGen Leader” by the Kansas City Business Journal and selected as a “40 Under Forty” emerging leader and a “WeKC: Kansas City Woman Executive” by Ingram’s Magazine.

She was also honored by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce as an Aspirational Entrepreneur and ERN Midwest as a Top 20 under 40 Honoree. Active in the not-for-profit community, Courtney currently serves as a Board of Director for the Midwest Innocence Project, Planet Play KC and AIA Kansas. Previously she has severed in various leadership positions for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City, Just Like You Films and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
