About Gerald (Jerry)

Gerald L. (Jerry) Kilcoyne has served as a director of First Business Financial Services, Inc. since November 2011, as Board Chair since October 2018 and is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Kilcoyne joined the First Business Bank Board and was elected First Business Bank Board Chair in November 2018. He previously served as a director of First Business Bank from August 2005 through July 2018 and served as First Business Bank Board Chair from May 2010 until June 2018. He served as a director of First Business Equipment Finance, LLC, now known as First Business Specialty Finance, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Business Bank, from January 2006 until August 2017 and as a director of Alterra Bank from May 2016 until June 2017 at which time Alterra Bank was consolidated into First Business Bank. He served as a director of First Business Capital Corp., now known as First Business Specialty Finance, LLC, from January 2006 to December 2013. Mr. Kilcoyne has been Managing Partner of Pinnacle Enterprises, LLC, a private investment holding company since February 1997.
