Giselle's professional background includes roles as a Dispatcher and Community Service Officer with the Waukesha Police Department, where she demonstrated exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to service excellence. Her experience coordinating emergency responses and implementing community outreach initiatives has honed her ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering attentive, personalized service. 

Giselle is pursuing an Associate degree at Waukesha County Technical College.
