About Jen

Jen joined First Business Bank in February 2017 as a Senior Communications Strategist with more than 20 years of public relations and marketing writing experience in diverse industries, including healthcare, home décor, manufacturing, construction, and high tech/biotech companies.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Since 2019, Jen actively volunteers with the My Life, My Story program at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wis., and previously volunteered with the Madison Metropolitan School District. An avid knitter and weaver, Jen also enjoys exercising, biking, and relaxing with her husband and two kids.
