James F. Ropella retired from First Business Bank's Bank Consulting team in 2021. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Business Financial Services, Inc., from September 2000 to January 2016. Jim has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, primarily in the banking industry. Prior to joining First Business Financial Services, Inc., he served as treasurer of a consumer products company and treasurer of Firstar Corporation, now known as U.S. Bancorp.
