Jodi Chandler manages the Human Resources & Administration functions for First Business Financial Services, Inc., parent company of First Business Bank, and has been with the company for over 25 years. Prior to that she was Office Manager for a Madison-based insurance agency.
Jodi holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications in the field of Human Resource Management and is a graduate of the UW Madison Graduate School of Banking in Human Resource Management. She is a member of the local and national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Associations.
