Kevin Crampton, CPA

Kevin Crampton, CPA, is Chief Accounting Officer of First Business Financial Services, Inc., parent company of First Business Bank. He joined First Business Bank’s Finance leadership team as Senior Director of Accounting in 2022 overseeing Accounting, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance as well as leading important initiatives for our growing company. Kevin transitioned to Chief Accounting Officer in April 2023. He has a progressive background in public accounting, working with EY for more than 11 years, including spending three years internationally in Switzerland and Ireland. Kevin was most recently with Goldman Sachs for four years in Salt Lake City where he led a large team and served in a broad controllership role for the Bank division, as well as holding responsibilities within SEC reporting and SOX controls. 

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Saint John’s University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2008.
