Kit Starr is Founding Partner at Raptor Recycle & Transfer, LLC in Grandview, MO, where he has served since January 2022. At Raptor, a pioneering waste management company with a patented waste transfer process, Kit helps lead an innovative facility that provides cleaner, more efficient waste disposal solutions for the Kansas City metro area. Kit is also Partner at My Dumpster Guy, LLC, a position he has held since founding the company in January 2018 with Shawn Polowniak. This experience led to the creation of Raptor Recycle & Transfer. Previously, Kit served as CEO of Starr Homes, LLC in Overland Park, Kansas from September 2004 to December 2017. Kit holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Economics, and Accounting from Graceland University and a Master of Business Administration from Creighton University.
