Laura States

Laura States joined First Business Bank in 2021 as Senior Client Services Associate with more than 20 years of banking experience. For the majority of her financial services career, she served in Personal Banker and Consumer Lending roles. As Senior Client Services Associate, Laura assists clients and internal partners with deposit account related needs, helps with client transactions in our lobby and via phone, prepares account documentation, performs maintenance on deposit accounts, and researches any issues for clients.

Laura received a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University. In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time with her daughters, family, and friends. She also enjoys volunteering with children to educate them about money.
