About Nancy

Nancy Jourdan is the President of BCP Transportation, a certified women-owned, asset-based trucking and warehousing company located in Deerfield, Wis. BCP Transportation has a strong reputation in the trucking industry for its rapid growth, customer partnerships, and an employee-centric focus. Nancy and her team also launched BCP Truck Services, a full-service diesel, heavy truck, and trailer maintenance shop, and BCP Leasing, an equipment leasing company. BCP has been recognized by Madison Magazine and the Dane County Small Business as one of the best places to work.

Nancy was featured in the RoadKing Magazine cover story on a woman’s approach to the trucking business and won the state’s top award for Fastest Growth in a Women- or Minority-Owned Company. She is also a Paul Harris Fellow award winner from Rotary International Foundation. Among her current board positions, Nancy also sits on the George M. Eisenberg Foundation for Charities Board and the UW-Madison Industrial and Systems Engineering Advisory Board. In addition, she is very involved at the local high school in mentoring and developing young potential entrepreneurs and future business leaders. She received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
