Patrick Wagor

Based in our Brookfield office, Patrick began his career in banking in 2015 and specializes in providing clients with solutions that fit their private banking needs. His background spans relationship banking, private wealth services, and branch management, allowing him to build strong relationships with both clients and business partners while delivering personalized service that helps clients achieve their financial objectives.

Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University-Global Campus and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Red Rocks Community College. A Wisconsin native, he enjoys fishing, boating, camping, and other outdoor activities, and is passionate about music. His leadership education, combined with his hands-on experience managing teams and client relationships across multiple markets, positions him to provide thoughtful guidance and support to First Business Bank's private banking clients.
