Paul Kushnir

Paul Kushnir is founder of PIK Investments, focused on investing in small businesses and young entrepreneurs. He is also founder of SPEEKS Technology, LLC, a PayMore franchisee specializing in buying and reselling used electronics. Prior to these ventures, Paul co-founded and served as CEO of Wireless Lifestyle, growing it to become the largest Sprint dealer in the nation with 230 stores across 13 states before selling in 2021. He also co-founded Phone Medic, which became uBreakiFix's largest franchisee before being acquired in 2021. 

Paul graduated with a Business degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and currently serves on the UMKC Board of Advisors. Active in the community, Paul was a long-time Board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City, including serving as Board President, and recently launched a mental health initiative with his wife in 2023. Born in Ukraine, Paul immigrated to Canada as a child and now resides in Leawood, KS with his wife and three children.
