About Sean

Sean P. Baxter is President of Kayser Automotive Group, a family-owned business founded in 1925 that includes a collection of franchised automotive dealerships in Madison, Sauk City, Watertown, and Pulaski, Wis. For over 90 years, selling and servicing the automotive needs of tens of thousands of people each year describes the day-to-day activities of Kayser, but building lasting relationships by delivering a world-class guest experience each and every time defines what drives the Kayser team.

Sean is a graduate of the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Real Estate. In addition to his role as President of Kayser, Sean also serves as President of Mustang Properties, a privately held real estate development and investment company.

Sean currently serves as Board Chair of SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation and is an active member of the Downtown Madison Rotary Club. He has previously served the community as Vice Chair of the board of YMCA of Dane County, and in various volunteer roles with United Way of Dane County’s annual campaign.
