Steve Slack serves as President & CEO of EK, an industry-leading complete manufacturing and power products company in Fall River, Wis.
Steve brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, quality, and operations management within the fabrication and precision machining industry. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise in leadership development, change management, quality systems development, ISO 9001, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and regulatory compliance.
A passionate advocate for the manufacturing industry, Steve has championed initiatives to grow and develop the next generation of manufacturing talent through Career and Technical Education programs and Youth Apprenticeship. He has also served on the SkillsUSA Wisconsin Board of Directors for 10 years, including five years as Chair, helping to develop the next generation of trades talent.
