Todd Graeve serves as Principal Owner of Loving Cup, LLC, a family-owned franchise group that operates locations for Scooter's Coffee. With nearly two decades of leadership experience in the specialty coffee and franchise industry, Todd brings exceptional strategic vision and operational expertise to businesses seeking growth and expansion. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Scooter's Coffee, where he helped grow the company from a regional presence to approaching 750 stores across 30 states. Todd's experience spans franchise development, financial management, operations optimization, and building high-performing teams that deliver customer-focused solutions. His proven track record includes overseeing significant portfolio expansion and developing strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth. 

Todd originally joined Scooter's Coffee in Kansas City as a franchisee and developer before transitioning to executive leadership roles. In recognition of his entrepreneurial leadership, he was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 Heartland Award winner.
