MADISON, WI – March 1, 2022 –  First Business Bank proudly announces that Kayla Becker, Operations Manager – Asset-Based Lending, was named to ABF Journal’s Top Women in Asset-Based Lending 2022.

Kayla Becker joined First Business Bank's Asset-Based Lending team as a Collateral Analyst in June 2013. In 2017, she moved to Field Examiner, and in 2018 was promoted to Operations Team Lead. In 2021, Kayla was promoted to Operations Manager in the Asset-Based Lending group.

Kayla earned both a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Lakeland University while working full time. She is a member of the Young Leaders group within United Way of Dane County and a member of the Secured Finance Network.
