MADISON, WI – June 28, 2021 – First Business Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Emily Bradley to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Bonnie Van Epps to Senior Director of Talent Management.

Emily Bradley has been part of the Human Resources team at First Business Bank since 2007 and manages the Talent Acquisition function for the entire company. She has a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from UW-Madison, her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification, along with the SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resources Manager Certified Professional) designation.
“Bonnie has been instrumental in creating, executing and evolving talent strategies during her eight-year tenure with First Business Bank,” Chandler said. “We can thank Bonnie for the creation of our competency framework and aligning competency development to the capabilities needed to execute our strategic plan, focusing on a pipeline of talent for succession management, and investing in developing our employees, managers and leaders.”
Bonnie brings over 25 years of banking experience, and over 18 years of Talent Management experience to First Business Bank. She previously worked for M&I (now BMO Harris) as a Talent Development Manager focusing on leadership development, employee training, and organizational talent management. Bonnie is certified in Predictive Index and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), licensed in the Korn Ferry suite of Talent Management solutions, and fluent in Cornerstone Talent Management software.
