About Bonnie

Bonnie Van Epps was promoted to Senior Director of Talent Development for First Business Bank in 2021. She brings over 25 years of banking experience, and over 18 years of Talent Management experience to First Business Bank. Bonnie previously worked for M&I (now BMO Harris) as a Talent Development Manager focusing on leadership development, employee training and organizational talent management. Bonnie is certified in Predictive Index and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), licensed in the Korn Ferry suite of Talent Management solutions, and fluent in Cornerstone Talent Management software.

She attended University of Wisconsin - Madison and volunteers her time with a variety of community service organizations including United Way, Waunakee Schools, and her church.
