About Bill
Based in our Nevada office, Bill Uelmen serves as President – Bank Consulting and brings over 25 years of experience in Investment Portfolio and Asset Liability Management, working with financial institutions in Wisconsin, Indiana, Tennessee, Georgia, Nevada, and California. At First Business Bank, Bill develops and implements balance sheet strategies centered around managing the Investment Portfolio, Asset Liability Management (ALM), capital planning, and liability funding. In addition, Bill provides fixed income counsel to the Private Wealth team's investment committee.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and is a licensed Series 65 investment advisor. Bill previously worked for M&I Portfolio Services, Inc. and KeyState Corporate Management, LLC.
