About Doug
Doug Brodzik has more than 25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Lending. Most recently, he served as a Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at BMO Harris Bank where he was responsible for loan originations in the state of Wisconsin. Throughout his career, Doug has been involved in numerous CRE loans throughout the Midwest.
Doug holds a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is a graduate of Banking School at the University of Virginia. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM, designation from the National Association of Realtors. Doug is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Certified General Appraiser and a Real Estate Broker.
Doug is currently a board member of the local CCIM Chapter as well as Vision Forward, a non-profit community group serving the needs of visually impaired. He is a past president of the Commercial Association of Realtors - Wisconsin, the State Appraisal Institute Chapter, the Real Estate Alliance for Charity, and the Inner City Redevelopment Corporation.
