As Vice President - Commercial Banking, Dustin Hammons leverages more than 16 years of banking and financial services experience to serve our clients. His extensive background includes more than 11 years focused on commercial banking, with expertise in traditional and SBA lending, cash management services, and financial analysis. Dustin's client-centric approach and commitment to becoming a trusted advisor greatly benefit our clients, offering them tailored financial solutions and strategic guidance to support their business growth and success.

A graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Dustin combines his academic foundation with hands-on industry experience. He is actively involved in community service, volunteering at his church — Journey Church International in Lee’s Summit, MO, since 2019. Previously, he served as a volunteer gardener at 18Broadway Urban Garden, helping to maintain the garden and harvest food for donation to Harvesters. Dustin resides in Lee's Summit, MO with his wife Shelby and their two sons. When not serving clients, he enjoys cheering on his children's sports teams and attending Royals and Chiefs games.
