About Mike

From our Madison office, Mike Jolly serves as Vice President – Bank Consulting, bringing nearly 20 years of accounting, financial crimes, audit, and community banking experience to our Bank Consulting team. Earlier in his career, Mike worked on First Business Bank's Asset-Based Lending team and has since deepened his expertise across internal audit, financial controllership, and bank strategy. That breadth of experience gives him a well-rounded perspective that resonates with the financial institution executives he serves. His hands-on experience gives him practical insight into balance sheet management, risk, and the operational decisions that shape a bank's performance, making him a knowledgeable partner for institutions looking to strengthen their financial position. 

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
