Sam Gaginella first joined First Business Bank in 2010 as a Loan Services Representative and (with some time away in between) rejoined the team in September of 2021 as a Senior Client Relationship Specialist. She has more than 23 years of banking experience that includes personal banking, retail management, and Business Banking. She prides herself on providing prompt, positive, quality customer service to clients.

Sam was born in and has lived in Madison for the majority of her life, and is married with three daughters, two dogs, and two cats. She enjoys volunteering for various community organizations such as Girls on the Run and Second Harvest Foodbank.
