About Violet
Violet Hickox joined First Business Bank as a Vice President - Accounts Receivable Financing. Violet has over 25 years of experience in Asset-Based Lending and Accounts Receivable Financing. Prior to joining First Business Bank, she was a Vice President Underwriting at another financial institution for 10 years. Violet began her career in credit as an Account Manager and transitioned to Underwriting since she really enjoys the variety new business brings.
Violet obtained a bachelor's degree in finance and an MBA from DePaul University. She is a member of the Chicago CFA chapter and has worked with the Chicago chapter of the Turnaround Management Association to organize women's networking events. Violet has also volunteered for many years with the Naperville Humane Society.
